Abstract:

An LED projection lamp, comprising a body (1); an LED lamp bead (2), a reflection cup (3), a glass cover (4) and a top cover (5) all sequentially installed and connected bottom up inside the upper portion of the body (1); and a power supply (6) and a scallop-shaped heat sink (7) are disposed in the lower portion of the body (1); the LED lamp bead (2) is provided with a conductive wire connected to the power supply (6) by the conductive wire passing through a lead-in hole (101) in the body; the top cover (5) is fixedly connected to the body (1) by screws (8), and also fixes the glass cover (4) to the reflection cup (3); a silicone pad (34) is disposed between the glass cover (4) and the reflection cup (3); a boss (341) is disposed on the bottom of the silicone pad (34); a clamping groove fitting the boss (341) is disposed within the body (1); and the scallop-shaped heat sink (7) is provided with a drainage hole (102) thereon. The LED projection lamp has good waterproof performance, quick heat dissipation and good thermal performance, extending the service life of the lamp; the LED projection lamp provides independent heat dissipation, thus preventing mutual interference; in addition, the design of the drainage hole avoids corrosion of the silicone pad caused by water accumulating in a mounting groove of the top cover.
