Abstract:
Related to is an LED street lamp, comprising a lamp body, and a power module and at least one LED light source module fixed on the lamp body, the power module supplying power for the LED light source module. A sensor based on the Doppler effect is provided on the front surface of the LED street lamp, senses the displacement movement of a person or vehicle within a certain range on a road surface and controls the power module according to the sensing result, and the sensing direction of the sensor is substantially the same as the light projection direction of the LED light source module. The LED street lamp of the present invention can realize the objective of controlling the street lamp to operate in a power-saving mode when no person or vehicle moves on a road within a certain time period, so as to achieve the illumination effect that the lamp dims in the case that no person/vehicle moves for a long time and the lamp turns to full brightness in the case that a person/vehicle arrives, which avoids the unnecessary waste of electric energy.
