Abstract:
The invention discloses an LED street lamp superheat protecting method. The
method involves providing a lamp body, a heat conducting substrate, an LED bulb
on the heat conducting substrate, a power supply equipment and a control circuit.
A temperature sensor is provided inside the lamp body of the LED street lamp. The
electric current supply is reduced to a proper degree by the control circuit when
the temperature of the lamp body reaches a pre-set temperature value, and a normal
electric current supply is resumed by the control circuit when the temperature
of the lamp body recovers below the pre-set value.
