Abstract:
Provided is a left-right wheel drive device (10) in which two motors (1, 2) arranged so as to be separated from each other and a planetary gear mechanism (3) arranged on one side in an axial direction are housed in a casing (4), wherein a pair of motor shafts (11), a pair of counter shafts (12), and two output shafts (13, 14) are arranged in parallel. The first output shaft (13) is provided farther toward the one side than the planetary gear mechanism (3) and has an end on the other side to which a carrier (3C) is fixed. The second output shaft (14) is longer than the first output shaft (13) and has an end on the one side to which a second sun gear (3S2) is fixed. The second output shaft (14) is rotatably supported by rolling bearings (35, 36) at the other-side end and a position farther toward the other side than a driven gear that meshes with a second counter gear on the other side.
