Abstract:
The present invention relates to a leisure sports helmet comprising: a body of a helmet in which a slide coupling groove is formed in the front thereof and a plurality of vent holes are formed along the circumference; protective glasses which are inserted into the slide coupling groove to be slidably inserted into the body of a helmet; a slide guide portion provided inside the slide coupling groove to support and guide the protective glasses; and a handle detachably coupled to the protective glasses to allow the protective glasses to slide along the slide coupling groove.
