Abstract:
A length-adjustable bed frame and an adjusting method for the same. The length-adjustable bed frame comprises a bed frame (1). Each corner of a head portion and/or a foot portion of the bed frame being detachably connected to an adjustment mechanism. The adjustment mechanism comprises a connection plate (2) and a fixing plate (3). The connection plate (2) and the fixing plate (3) have an included angle α, where α∈(0°, 180°). The connection plate (2) is provided with a connection member detachably connected to the bed frame (1). The adjusting method for the length-adjustable bed frame comprises the following steps: performing a preliminary length adjustment on the bed frame (1), and selecting positions of adjustment mechanisms to be provided on the bed frame (1), wherein the positions of the adjustment mechanisms are: providing the adjustment mechanisms at a only head portion or only a foot portion, or providing the adjustment mechanisms at both the head portion and the foot portion. This invention facilitates length adjustment of the bed frame (1) according to user height. The length-adjustable bed frame is applicable to beds requiring length changes, such as hospital beds, child beds, and hotel beds, and is used to adjust the bed frame (1) to a length meeting a user height requirement.
