Provided is a lens assembly and a camera comprising the lens assembly, said lens assembly being formed from a plurality of lens groups which are positioned in order from the object side to the image side. The intervals between the lens groups are mutually changed, with at least either zoom or focus being possible. The lens groups are respectively configured of at least one lens element. The lens group which is positioned closest to the image side is configured of one lens element. In at least one lens surface of the lens element which configures the lens group which is positioned closest to the image side, the following condition is satisfied: R < 0.2, where R is an energy reflection rate (expressed as a percentage) with respect to a line (d).
