Abstract:
One embodiment of the present disclosure may provide: a lens assembly having a plurality of lenses aligned along an optical axis direction from an object side to an image side, wherein among the plurality of lenses included in the lens assembly, a free curved surface lens is configured such that at least one of a surface facing the object side and a surface (S2) facing the image side of the first lens from the object side has a curve in a first direction that has a first radius of curvature and is substantially perpendicular to the optical axis from the vertex through which the optical axis passes, and a curve in a second direction that has a second radius of curvature different from the first radius of curvature and is substantially perpendicular to the optical axis from the vertex through which the optical axis passes; and an electronic device comprising the lens assembly and an image sensor including an imaging plane on which an image is formed. The electronic device may be implemented as a compact and high-magnification optical device.
