Abstract:
A lens barrel adapter, which can be detachably attached to a lens barrel main body or an imaging device, is provided with a first lens system and a second lens system. The imaging device has a lens barrel main body. The first lens system is disposed along a first optical axis. The second lens system is disposed along a second optical axis. The first lens system and the second lens system are configured such that a stereoscopic image can be formed from an optical image provided through the first lens system and the lens barrel main body and an optical image provided through the second lens system and the lens barrel main body. The first lens system is configured such that the angle of view determined by the lens barrel main body and the first lens system is wider than the angle of view determined by the lens barrel main body alone. The second lens system is configured such that the angle of view determined by the lens barrel main body and the second lens system is wider than the angle of view determined by the lens barrel main body alone.
