Abstract:
A lens device for an imaging device, having a built-in imaging lens and an aperture device for reducing and increasing the surface area of an opening, the lens device being provided with: a lens barrel incorporating an imaging lens and aperture device; a first operating ring for adjusting the surface area of the aperture device, and which is mounted so as to be able to rotate in the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral part with the axial line of the lens barrel as the axis of rotation, and provided to a predetermined position on the peripheral part of the lens barrel; a second operating ring for adjusting the transmissivity of a variable transmissivity filter, and that is provided so as to be able to rotate in the circumferential direction of the peripheral part, parallel to the first operating ring and with the axial line of the lens barrel as the axis of rotation; and a working unit that reciprocally transmits or isolates the rotation of the first operating ring and the second operating ring. The direction that increases the opening surface area of the aperture device by means of the first operating ring is the same as the direction of rotation that increases the transmissivity of the variable transmissivity filter by means of the second operating ring, and the working unit converts the rotation of the first operating ring and the second operating ring into rotations having the same or opposite directions, enabling transmission.
