Abstract:
A lens (3), glasses, and a method for adjusting the lens (3). The lens (3) comprises a first lens layer (3a), the first lens layer (3a) comprises a plurality of liquid crystal regions (3021), at least one liquid crystal region (3021) forms a first optical region, and at least one liquid crystal region (3021) forms a second optical region. By means of controlling the rotation of liquid crystal molecules of the liquid crystal regions (3021) respectively comprised in the first optical region and the second optical region, the focal power of the liquid crystal regions (3021) can be changed, so that the focal power of the first optical region is different from the focal power of the second optical region. In the foregoing manner, the focal power formed by the first optical region can correspond to the degree of myopia of a user, and the focal power of the second optical region can correspond to a defocusing degree, so that a clear long-distance vision can be obtained when a gaze point (305) of human eyes falls in the first optical region, and the second optical region can achieve a defocusing effect so as to have an effective effect on myopia prevention and control for human eyes.
