Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a lens for an illumination device with which it is possible to prevent the appearance of an annular pattern formed near the outer-peripheral edge of an illumination region of a pattern part in which multiple lens elements are arranged vertically and horizontally. [Solution] A second pattern part (pattern part B) in which multiple second lens elements (lens elements E1-E10) having convex lens surfaces (Eb) are tightly arranged is provided on at least part of a light-entry surface (11) side of a lens (1) for an illumination device along the radiation direction and the circumferential direction about the center (optical axis C0).
