Abstract:
Provided is a lens optical characteristics measurement device that is compact, does not tend to be influenced by dust, stray light, or the like, and is capable of highly accurate optical measurement of a lens. This lens optical characteristics measurement device 1 uses a Fourier transform and includes a phase-only-correlation processing unit (131). The phase-only-correlation processing unit (131) acquires subject lens image data within measurement information generated by a light reception unit (19), generates subject lens phase data by subjecting the subject lens image data to a Fourier transform, generates combined phase data by combining the subject lens phase data with reference phase data, generates phase-only-correlation image data by subjecting the combined phase data to an inverse Fourier transform, and generates optical characteristics information for the subject lens from the phase-only-correlation image data.
