Abstract:
Provided is a lens part that can achieve weight reduction and high definition of VR goggles and that can suppress reflected glare. A lens part of the present invention comprises: a reflective polarizing member for reflecting light that is emitted forward from a display surface of a display element for showing an image and that has passed through a polarizing member and first a λ/4 member; an absorption polarizing member disposed at the front of the reflective polarizing member; a first lens portion disposed on an optical path between the display element and the reflective polarizing member; a second lens portion disposed at the front of the absorption polarizing member; a half mirror that is disposed between the display element and the first lens portion, that transmits therethrough light emitted from the display element, and that reflects the light reflected by the reflective polarizing member toward the reflective polarizing member; and a second λ/4 member disposed on an optical path between the half mirror and the reflective polarizing member. The second λ/4 member, the reflective polarizing member, the absorption polarizing member, and the second lens portion are formed integrally.
