Abstract:
A method for producing a lens sheet comprises a substrate placement step for placing a glass substrate (11) on an uncured UV curable resin composition (12b) disposed in an electroforming pattern (20), a lamination step for laminating the electroforming pattern (20), UV curable resin composition (12b), and glass substrate (11) such that the UV curable resin composition (12b) spreads to the spaces formed by the glass substrate and electroforming pattern (20), a two layer formation step for forming the cured UV curable resin composition (12b) and glass substrate into two layers by subjecting the UV curable resin composition (12b) to UV curing and thereby adhering the cured UV curable resin composition (12b) to the glass substrate (11), and a removal step for removing the cured UV curable resin composition layer from the electroforming pattern (20) together with the glass substrate (11). By means of the removal step, the temperature of the glass substrate (11) is lower than the glass transition temperature of the cured UV curable resin composition (12b).
