Provided is a lens system having large image size, small F value, and short overall length. The lens system is sequentially provided with a positive first set, an aperture diaphragm, a positive second set, and a third set from an object side; the first set is provided with more than four lenses comprising at least three positive lenses and at least one negative lens; the second set is provided with more than four lenses comprising at least one cemented lens; the negative lens having a concave surface facing towards the object side is configured on the object side; the third set is provided with more than three lenses comprising at least one positive lens and negative lens; when focusing is moved from an infinite-distance object to a short-distance object, the first set, the aperture diaphragm, and the second set integrally move towards the object side, and the third set is fixed with respect to an image surface.
