Abstract:
A lens unit (103) is provided with a lens barrel (11), a pair of base plates (12), a diaphragm blade (13), and a blade driving part (14). The lens barrel (11) retains a plurality of lenses (104) and has a first slit (17A) extending in a circumferential direction. Each of the pair of base plates (12) has an opening (22), the base plates (12) are superposed so as to constitute a blade chamber (23) therebetween, and the base plates (12) are disposed so that a portion thereof protrudes from the first slit (17A) and the openings (22) are positioned between the lenses (104). The diaphragm blade (13) is disposed in the blade chamber (23). The blade driving part (14) is fixed to a portion of the pair of base plates (12), and drives the diaphragm blade (13) and causes the diaphragm blade (13) to open and close the openings (22).
