Abstract:
Provided is a lens unit, in which the following steps can be performed independently: a step for holding a first lens in a lens barrel; and a step for holding, in a lens barrel, a lens group positioned on an image side of the first lens. A lens unit 1 has: a first lens barrel member 21 that holds a first lens 2; and a second lens barrel member 22 that holds a lens group 4. The first lens barrel member 21 comprises: a first barrel part 25 including a holding part 27 that holds the first lens 2 from the outer peripheral side; and an annular protrusion 26 that protrudes from the first barrel part 25 to the inner peripheral side. The annular protrusion 26 includes a first lens support part 31 that supports the first lens 2 from an image side X1. The second lens barrel member 22 comprises: a second barrel part 50 surrounding the lens group 4 from the outer peripheral side; and a flange part 51 protruding from the second barrel part 50 to the outer peripheral side. The second lens barrel member 22 is positioned in the radial direction by the second barrel part 50 being inserted in the inner peripheral side of an annular protrusion 36, and is positioned in an optical axis direction X by the flange part 51 abutting the annular protrusion 36.
