Abstract:

Provided is a lentivirus packaging titer kit. An existing virus packaging vector is modified to construct a high-virus packaging titer kit. For conventional virus helper plasmids, a replication origin, a promoter, a terminator, an enhancer, and other combination components are optimized on the basis of reserving essential elements necessary for lentivirus packaging, such that the high-efficiency virus packaging vector and the high-titer virus packaging kit are constructed. The constructed kit features a high vector transfection efficiency and high virus packaging titer, thus having wide application prospects.
