Abstract:
Provided is a Leuconostoc citreum SFL-2-8 with starch agglutination activity. The strain has been deposited in the China Centre for Type Culture Collection on September 18, 2018, with a biological deposit number of CCTCC NO: M 2018631. The culture solution of the strain or the separated bacteria has the effect of promoting starch agglutination and accelerating precipitation separation on starch slurry.
