Abstract:
A level conversion circuit and a fingerprint recognition device. The level conversion circuit comprises: a complementary signal generating unit (10), a high voltage pulse generating unit (20), and a converting and latching unit (30). The high voltage pulse generating unit (20) is connected to the complementary signal generating unit (10) and to the converting and latching unit (30). The complementary signal generating unit (10) is used for receiving a target signal in a low voltage domain and outputting a complementary signal of the target signal and the target signal. The high voltage pulse generating unit (20) is used for generating a high voltage pulse on the basis of the target signal and of the complementary signal. The converting and latching unit (30) is used for converting the target signal from the low voltage domain to a high voltage domain when the high voltage pulse is generated and is used for latching and outputting the target signal in the high voltage domain. The level conversion circuit reduces static power consumption while transmitting the target signal at a high speed.
