Abstract:
A level crossing, comprising four main roads (1) crossing at a crossroad (2). The main roads (1) comprise road front ends (3) and road rear ends (4); and first sidewalks (7) are disposed between the road rear ends (4) and the crossroad (2). The road rear ends (4) are all straight and comprise forward straight roads (41) and backward straight roads (42); the road front ends (3) are provided with a turn-around road (31), a front forward straight road (32), a first right-turning road (33) and a second right-turning road (34) in a direction of driving upward into the crossroad (2); the road front ends (3) are provided with front backward straight roads (35) in a direction of driving away from the crossroad (2); a steering approach (6) is disposed between two adjacent main roads (1); and the steering approach is provided with a second sidewalk (8) connected to a first side walk (7); the steering approach (6) is provided with an approach left-turning road (61) and an approach right-turning road (62). The level crossing also comprises straight ahead traffic lights (5) and left-turning traffic lights (9). The level crossing has high transportation efficiency.
