Abstract:
The present invention provides a level shift circuit (100) and a level shift integrated circuit (IC) (200). By forming a series connection with a first diode and an output end and an input end of a level shift module (110), the problem in which over-current protection signals are falsely triggered is solved. The present invention provides the level shift IC (200), which increases the negative voltage capability of an output pin of the level shift IC (200) by providing a comparator and a constant voltage source.
