Abstract:
A level shifter circuit (100) used in a gate driving circuit of an array substrate and a display panel, the level shifter circuit (100) comprising a timing controller (10) and a level shifter chip (20), the timing controller (10) comprising an initial signal pin, the level shifter chip (20) comprising a storage module (202) and an operational amplifier module (201), the storage module (202) having an initialization assigned value stored therein, the timing controller (10) being connected to the level shifter chip (20) by means of the initial signal pin and being used for sending a start signal to the operational amplifier module (201) by means of the initial signal pin, and the operational amplifier module (201) being used for triggering and generating, according to the initialization assigned value in the storage module (202), a plurality of groups of timing signals by using the start signal as a reference, and sending the plurality of groups of timing signals to the display circuit (300) of the display panel.
