Abstract:
The present invention relates to a level shifter circuit converting a voltage level of an input logic signal so as to generate an output logic signal having the converted voltage level and, more specifically, to a level shifter circuit capable of performing switching quickly through improved time response characteristics. The level shifter circuit according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an output stage circuit of a level shifter, comprising a first pass switch for delivering a voltage level from a first power source of the level shifter to an output node, and a second pass switch connected between a second power source and the first pass switch; and a booster circuit for accelerating a switching operation of the level shifter by accelerating a time response when the first pass switch performs a turn-on or turn-off operation.
