Abstract:
A level shifting circuit, comprising: a boost module (20) and a first inverter module (30); a first end of the boost module (20) is connected to an input end of the level shifting circuit, and a second end is connected to a high level signal end, while a third end is connected to a low level signal end, a fourth end being connected to a first end of the first inverter module (30); a second end of the first inverter module (30) is connected to the high level signal end, while a third end is connected to the low level signal end, and the fourth end is connected to a first output end of the level shifting circuit; the first inverter module (30) is used to turn on the third and fourth ends thereof when the first end receives a high level signal, and to turn on the second and fourth ends thereof when the first end thereof receives a low level signal; a first current limiting module (40) is provided between the second end and the fourth end or between the third end and the fourth end of the first inverter module (30), being used to limit a current flowing through the first current limiting module (40) such that the maximum current value is not greater than a first preset value. The level shifting circuit may reduce the peak current while improving drive capability.
