A lever clamp mechanism includes a flat base plate; two ring parts which are in parallel to each other and spaced apart mutually with one end of each ring part fixedly mounted on said base plate; a ring assembly removably mounted on said base plate, which includes two other ring parts in parallel to each other and spaced apart mutually and a flexion part bending towards the center of the base plate, and the center part of the flexion part protrudes upwardly to form a protuberance part, so when the ring assembly moves, the two ring parts and the two other ring parts can make close loops respectively; an elastic member which acts to push said ring assembly away from said base plate; an embossment part which projects upwardly from said base plate; a lever mechanism which rotatablely mounts on said embossment part to connect with said ring assembly to make said ring assembly abut against or move away from said base plate so as to close or open said lever mechanism, and a concave part is formed on at least one side of the protuberance part of said flexion part. The turnover angle of the present handle part is reduced, and the handle can be raised higher, so when the papers in the clamp are flipped, the handle tail will not interfere with the papers, thus facilitating the operation.
