Abstract:
A lever gauge comprises a housing (1), a measurement lever, a displacement sensor, and a single-chip microcomputer. An end of the measurement lever extends to an inner portion of the housing (1) and performs measurement by rotating synchronously with the displacement sensor. The single-chip microcomputer is disposed in the housing (1) and corrects and calculates a measurement result by a signal generated by oscillation of the displacement sensor. A liquid crystal display (4) for displaying the measurement result is disposed on an outer side of the housing (1). The displacement sensor is composed of a fixed grid (5) and a fan-shaped movable grid (6). The fixed grid (5) is fixed at a position corresponding to a position above the end of the measurement lever in the housing (1), and the movable grid (6) is fixed on the end of the measurement lever and rotates relative to the fixed grid (5) when linked to the measurement lever. The lever gauge allows elimination of an entire precision motion transmission mechanism between a lever arm and the movable grid (6), thereby greatly reducing production costs. Additionally, since no intermediate motion transmission mechanism is provided between the lever arm and the movable grid (6), errors caused by multi-stage transmission are reduced, thereby greatly improving measurement accuracy.
