Abstract:
Disclosed is a lever transmission-based equal flow slit-type inlet and outlet, which belongs to the technical field of pipeline valves and comprises: a slit (2), a viscosity slide sheet (3), a magnetic sheet (4), an adjustment housing (5), a telescopic rod (8), an arc rod (31), a leaf spring (33), a support shaft (34), and a hinge (36); a valve body (1) is provided therein with a rectangular slit (2); a flowing medium on two sides of the valve body (1) flows from within the valve body (1) by means of the slit (2). In order to prevent being influenced by temperature, the adjustment housing (5) is designed on a side surface of the slit (2); controlling the movement of the adjustment housing (5) may change the size of the slit (2); the change of the slit (2) will compensate for changes in flow and velocity caused by a change in the viscosity of the flowing medium, thus weakening the influence of temperature. When the magnetic sheet (4) moves upwards, the magnetic sheet (4) drives the telescopic rod (8), a swing rod (32) and the arc rod (31) to swing, and the adjustment housing (5) is pulled to move by means of the push rod (30), achieving the goal of changing the length of the slit (2), compensating for the influence of temperature on the flow, and therefore having a good use effect.
