Abstract:
A lever-type spiral mesh belt tightness trigger device, comprising mesh belt tensioning supports (1). A mesh belt tensioning shaft (2) is provided between the mesh belt tensioning supports (1) and has a clearance fit therewith. An outer side of the mesh belt tensioning shaft (2) is covered by a mesh belt (3). An upper lever mechanism support (4) and an upper stroke switch (5) are respectively fixed on two sides of an upper end of the mesh belt tensioning support (1). An upper lever mechanism (6) is provided on and engages with the upper lever mechanism support (4). A lower lever mechanism support (7) and a lower stroke switch (8) are fixedly provided on the mesh belt tensioning support (1) located on an outer side of the mesh belt tensioning shaft (2). A lower lever mechanism (9) is provided on and engages with the lower lever mechanism support (7). The direct engagement of the upper lever mechanism and the lower lever mechanism is used to detect a current state of the spiral mesh belt. The invention enables the whole spiral mesh belt to automatically return to its original state after correcting a fault. A tensioning shaft head is only in contact with a lever, and therefore causes no impact to the stroke switches.
