Abstract:
A levitation frame moving aid suitable for medium to low speed maglev trains, which comprises a moving mechanism, a lifting mechanism and a supporting mechanism, wherein the moving mechanism comprises a supporting plate (1) and universal casters (2), the universal casters (2) being mounted on a bottom portion of the supporting plate (1); the lifting mechanism is mounted on the moving mechanism, comprising a base (3), a threaded stem (4), a worm gear (5), a worm (7) and a handwheel (6), the base (3) being mounted on a top portion of the supporting plate (1), the threaded stem (4) being vertically mounted on the base (3), and the worm gear (5) passing through the threaded stem (4) and threadedly connecting with the threaded stem (4); the handwheel (6) connects with the worm gear (5) by means of the worm (7); the supporting mechanism comprises a supporting sleeve (8) and a mounting plate (9), the supporting sleeve (8) sleeving on an external periphery of a top portion of the threaded stem (4) and connecting with the worm gear (5); the mounting plate (9) is mounted on a top portion of the supporting sleeve (8) for use in mounting and securing the levitation frames of medium to low speed maglev trains. The moving aid is integrated with both storage and moving aid functions of levitation frames, is multi-functional and low-cost, and enjoys advantages such as steady moving, accurate positioning and safe storage.
