Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2-based crystallized glass, which is produced using SnO2 as an alternative clarifying agent for As2O3 and Sb2O3 and rarely undergoes yellowish discoloration, at low cost. A Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2-based crystallized glass having a glass composition containing, in mass%, 0.01 to 0.9% of SnO2 and 1000 ppm or less of each of As2O3 and Sb2O3, said crystallized glass being characterized in that the V2O5 content in the glass composition is 0.08 to 15 ppm.
