Abstract:
A LiDAR device 1 comprises: a laser light source 3 that emits laser light; an optical deflector 10 that reflects laser light La off a mirror 12 and scans the same in the horizontal and vertical directions; and a control device 40 that controls the rotation of the mirror 12. The control device 40 uses a resonance mode of the mirror 12 to scan laser light Lb in the horizontal direction, and uses a non-resonance mode to scan the laser light Lb in the vertical direction. The control device 40 performs a control such that, in the vertical scanning of the laser light Lb, the scanning speed below a boundary scanning line is slower than that thereabove.
