Abstract:
A lid 3 for a lead storage battery 1 is provided with: a lid main body 30; a handle 10 attached to the lid main body 30 such that the handle can rotate; and a protruding section S11 that regulates the rotating range of the handle 10. The handle 10 rotates such that a leading end portion faces the gravitation center G side of the lead storage battery 1. The protruding section S11 regulates the rotating range of the handle 10 so that the opening angle α of the handle 10 with respect to an upper surface 31a of a cover section 31 is less than 90°.
