Abstract:
A lid opening too for a film lid capable of preventing the gas in which the content is entrained from being blown out by well adjusting the discharged velocity and the discharged state of the gas when a positive pressure container with the film lid is opened, capable of preventing the film lid from falling into the container after cutting by stabilizing the operation of cutting blades during the opening to improve the cutting operation for the film lid, and capable of easily and safely opening the lid by well shaping the opening edge of the lid after the cutting. The lid opening tool for cutting open the membrane of the can lid of a can (2) in which the pressure is higher than the atmospheric pressure while the can lid serving as a container lid at least partly formed of the membrane is attached to the can body (3) of the container. The lid opening tool comprises a cutter pedestal (31) rotatable relative to the can lid and the cutting blades (32) projecting from the cutter pedestal (31) in the direction of the rotating center thereof. Three or more cutting blades (32) are disposed circumferentially around the rotating center. The mounting interval (w) between the adjacent cutting blades (32) is 0.5-2.5 mm. In the lid opening tool comprising a plurality of cutting blades for pressingly opening a container lid and a pedestal for disposing the plurality of cutting blades thereon, the cutting blades have two or more different projecting heights.
