Abstract:
A floor vent 10 includes a frame plate portion 11, a lid 13, a second seal 14, and a torsion spring 16. The frame plate portion 11 has an opening 17. A frame plate annular region 18 surrounding the opening 17 in the top surface 11a of the frame plate portion 11 is provided with an annular bead 19 throughout the entire periphery thereof. The bead 19 has a convex curved surface 37 that bulges upward. The lid 13 has a lid-side annular region 25 that faces the frame plate annular region 18 at a closed position at which the opening 17 is closed. The lid 13 is rotatably supported by the frame plate portion 11, and is tiltable between the closed position and an open position at which the opening 17 is open. The torsion spring 16 biases the lid 13 toward the closed position. The second seal 14 is provided in an annular shape over the entire periphery of the lid-side annular region 25, is sandwiched and elastically deformed between the frame plate portion 11 and the lid 13 when the lid 13 is closed, and is brought into close contact with the frame plate annular region 18 while including the entire region of the bead 19.
