Abstract:
A life information guidance system which is convenient to use for residents in, e.g., an apartment house, contributes to lightening the work load of superintendence by a superintendent company of the apartment house, and has a shopping function enabling a dealer to perform their business efficiently, comprising (1) a user terminal installed in a building where the users are living, (2) a first server (130, 330) which holds information on the users' living area and information on shopping guidance and transmits information requested by a user to the user terminal, and (3) a second server (160, 370) which includes a transaction information database (140, 380) holding information concerning the shoppings performed by users and means for receiving an order of merchandise performed through the user terminal, storing the order in the database (140, 380), and notifying the order to the dealer.
