Abstract:
The present invention relates to a locking device for a lift window with which a handle operation from a close (locked) state to an open (unlocked) state, can be performed with less force, and the problem of sudden rotation of the handle from the open (unlocked) state to a close (locked) state can be prevented, thereby ensuring safe operation and which can be easily adapted to conventional locking devices for lift windows. The lift window, locking device (100), comprises: a ㄷ-shaped fixture (102) solidly inserted into window frame (101); handle (103) installed on an outer side of window frame (101); housing (107) which is assembled with a slide plate wherein pinion (104) operated by the handle and rack (105) engaged via a gear to pinion (104), are provided, and which is coupled to fixture (102); strike (109) and hook (110) which are respectively engaged to slide plate (106) and door frame (108); and drive body (111) installed at a lower edge of window frame (101) and which has support protrusions (111a) in contact with rail (108a) that are formed on the left and right sides, wherein a lower side of slide plate (106) and roller frame (112) are connected by connection link (113). Spring housing (121), which has shaft holes (121a) formed on the upper and lower sides and the front side of which is opened for receiving compression spring (122), is coupled to fixture (102). A pressurization member (124), which presses guide pin (123) inserted into shaft holes (121a) formed on the upper and lower sides of spring housing (121), is installed on slide plate (106). A compression spring (122) is installed on guide pin (123) located on the inner side of spring housing (121). An elastic support unit (120) is installed for compressing the compression spring (122) between spring housing (121) and fixing ring (125) engaged to guide pin (123) when the window is in a closed state, and for extending compression spring (122) when the window is in an opened state.
