Abstract:
The invention relates to lifting devices and can be used for safe operation thereof. The inventive lift comprises a movable frame, a guiding support provided with bearing elements, a drive unit arranged on the movable frame and provided with a drive gear. Said lift is also provided with a safety unit for at least one self-braking drive which is powered to a lesser extent than the lift drive. Said self-braking drive comprises an element for fixing and interfacing with the bearing elements of the guiding support in order to take up a force when power supply is cut down or the lift drive and the bearing elements of the guiding support are broken. The fixing and interfacing element is arranged on the common movable frame together with the drive gear of the drive in such a way that the bearing elements of the guiding support are successively changeable during the motion of the lift.
