Abstract:
A lifting and lowering device for an underwater pressure tapping system used by an unmanned vessel, comprising: a measurement tool, a marking tool, a digging tool, a cleaning tool, an elevation tool, and a pipeline lifting frame (36, 38) lowered from above the water surface to span across a pipeline, and is used for lifting the pipeline (12). By providing the lifting and lowering device for the underwater pressure tapping system for the unmanned vessel and by arranging a usage method, the invention realizes greater efficiency for placing and lifting the pipeline (12) and more accurate positioning. An operation is made intelligent to greatly reduce personnel and equipment costs.
