A lifting and pressing liquid acquisition device, comprising a collecting part and an acquisition part, the collecting part comprising a collecting cup (5), a pressing rod (3), an upper cover (2), and a valve plug (4), the bottom of the collecting cup (5) being provided with an opening, the valve plug (4) being fixed at one end of the pressing rod (3), and the valve plug (4) being able to seal the opening on the bottom of the collecting cup, the upper cover (2) being penetratingly arranged onto the pressing rod (3), and the upper cover (2) being able to cover the cup opening of the collecting cup. The acquisition part comprises an acquisition tube (8), a tube cap (7), and a funnel (6), the tube cap (7) being arranged at an open end of the acquisition tube (8), the bottom of the funnel (6) being detachably connected to the open end of the acquisition tube (8), and the upper part of the funnel (6) being able to accommodate the collecting cup. The collecting cup collects liquid; when the collecting cup is mounted on the funnel of the acquisition tube, lifting or pressing down the pressing rod on the collecting cup opens the opening on the bottom of the collecting cup so that liquid flows into the acquisition tube; the present invention has the advantages of being structurally simple and convenient to operate, being able to collect a specific amount of liquid, having a high collecting efficiency, and being clean and safe.
