Abstract:
A lifting-pulling apparatus (B) having a lifting-pulling force, comprising a lifting-pulling force mechanism (3) and a lifting-pulling mechanism (4). The lifting-pulling mechanism force mechanism (3) is connected to the lifting-pulling mechanism (4). The lifting-puling force mechanism (3) is used for frictional contact with an elevator guiderail to generate a lifting-pulling force, thus linking the lifting-pulling mechanism (4). The lifting-pulling mechanism (4) is used for triggering a braking apparatus (C). With the lifting-pulling force mechanism being in frictional contact with the elevator guiderail to generate the lifting-pulling force, the need for a governor to provide same is obviated, a requirement with respect to the governor is reduced; moreover, the separation of speed measurement from the generation of the lifting-pulling force favors increased stability and controllability of speed measurement and of the lifting-pulling force generated.
