A lifting and traction system comprises traction trolleys (111) and multiple lifting mechanisms (112). The traction trolley (111) comprises a trolley body (1111), and the bottom of the trolley body (1111) is provided with wheels (1112). Multiple lifting mechanisms (112) are provided on the trolley body (1111) and respectively correspond to multiple tyres (121); each lifting mechanism (112) comprises two supporting arms (1121), so that the lifting mechanism (112) lifts the tyre (121) by means of the two supporting arms (1121). While the traction trolleys (111) having the wheels (1112) can be used for providing a traction function, pulled objects such as a vehicle (120) can be lifted. A lifting device is not required to be additionally provided, the operation is simple, and the efficiency is high; moreover, in the process of lifting, the vehicle cannot be damaged. There is no need to reserve an additional driving space for the vehicle, the vehicle can be lifted when being stopped, the lifting and traction system is suitable for a traction operation in a narrow space, the driver is not required to accurately drive the vehicle onto the traction trolleys, the time and energy are saved, and the accuracy is high.
