Abstract:

A light absorptive composition for improving photoelectric conversion efficiency in a photoelectric conversion element such as a solar cell, and applications thereof. It is possible to provide the absorptive composition containing a first organic compound which absorbs the light in the visible region and&sol or the ultraviolet region and emits the light of the wavelength longer than the absorbed light, and a second organic compound for absorbing the light emitted from the first organic compound, a semiconductor electrode sensitized by the absorptive composition, a photoelectric conversion element, and a solar cell using this absorptive composition.
