Abstract:
Provided are a light adjusting method, a light adjusting system and a building that can increase in a short period of time the amount of light transmitted through a multilayer sheet comprising multiple transparent layers. The light adjusting method has (a) a step to supply moisture between transparent sheet layers (12) of a multilayer sheet (10), and (b) a step to increase the amount of light transmitted through the multilayer sheet (10), from before moisture is supplied between the transparent sheet layers (12), by reducing the pressure between the transparent sheet layers (12) of the multilayer sheet (10) to make the transparent sheet layers (12) adhere while moisture is present between the transparent sheet layers (12). The light adjusting system is provided with the multilayer sheet (10), a moisture supplying means that supplies moisture between the transparent sheet layers (12) of the multilayer sheet (10), and a pressure reducing means that reduces the pressure between the transparent sheet layers (12) of the multilayer sheet (10). The building is provided with the light adjusting system, and at least a part of the roof and/or walls is constructed with the multilayer sheet (10).
