Abstract:
A light beam combining system, comprising: a first light beam (11) and a second light beam (12) from different incidence directions; and a light combining apparatus (13) for reflecting the first light beam (11) and the second light beam (12) and enabling the reflected light beams to be propagated along the same direction. The light combining apparatus (13) comprises: a first reflecting surface (S1) for reflecting the first light beam (11) and a second reflecting surface (S2) for reflecting the second light beam (12). The light beam combining system adopts the light combining apparatus (13) to combine the two light beams (11, 12) from different incidence directions, so as to focus the two light beams (11, 12) into a light beam in the same direction, so that the illumination intensity of the light beam is enhanced. Also disclosed is a projection apparatus comprising the light beam combining system.
