Abstract:
Provided is a composition from which a cured film having excellent moisture resistance can be produced. Also provided are a cured film, a color filter, a light blocking film, a solid-state image sensor, and an image display device. The light blocking resin composition comprises: resin; and a light blocking pigment which is one or more selected from the group consisting of particles containing metal nitride which includes an atom A and particles containing metal oxynitride which includes an atom A, the light blocking pigment including a nitride and/or an oxynitride of a transition metal having an electronegativity of 1.22 to 1.80 among transition metals of Groups 3 to 7, and the atom A being at least one selected from the group consisting of hafnium and tungsten and being an atom different from that of the transition metal.
