Abstract:

The invention relates to a light building board (1) comprising at least two covering layers (2, 3) and at least one core layer (4) arranged between the covering layers (2, 3). A profiled strip (6) is fixed to at least one of the narrow sides of the light building board (1). The aim of the invention is to provide a light building board (1) that can be economically and cost-effectively produced or mounted, wherein the covering strip meets the desired pull-off resistance requirements without any problems and is optically fixed without a dividing join and without adhesive. To this end, the profiled strip (6) has a functional layer (7) that contains polar and/or reactive groups in its molecular structure.
