A light combining device (1), which is used to combine light emitted in different directions by a light source module. The light combining device (1) comprises: a bottom plate (20), wherein a groove (34) is provided on the bottom plate (20); side plates (10), which are connected to the bottom plate (20) and arranged around the bottom plate (20); a pressure cover (30), which is installed on the side plates (10) and is opposite to the bottom plate (20) to form an accommodating space (50) by cooperation with the side plates (10) and the bottom plate (20), and the side of the pressure cover (30) close to the bottom plate (20) is provided with a limiting groove (31); and a light combining member (70), which is disposed in the accommodating space (50), one end of the light combining member (70) being disposed in the groove (34), and the other end of the light combining member (70) abutting against the limiting groove (31) of pressure cover (30). The light combining device (1) achieves the accurate positioning and locking of the light combining member (70) by means of fixing the light combining member (70) between the bottom plate (20) and the pressure cover (30), thereby improving the assembly yield of the light combining device (1) and improving the light combining effect of the light combining device (1). Further provided is a light source system (100).
