Abstract:
A light convergence device, a manufacturing method thereof and a solar battery system are provided. The light convergence device (10) includes a light convergence substrate (100) which has a rotating concave paraboloid (101). A photonic crystal layer (300) which reflects light with a specific frequency and totally reflects all the visible light is formed on the rotating concave paraboloid (101), consequently increasing the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar battery system greatly. An up-conversion layer (200) which includes up-conversion material with the up-conversion function for spectrum is formed on the photonic crystal layer (300), increasing the absorbing efficiency of the light convergence device (10) for solar energy.
